We’re a London recovery service for vans and cars, on call 24 hours a day. Our job is simple: get you and your vehicle where you need to be, safely, at the price we agreed.
How we work
Whether it’s 3 pm or 3 am, every job is done the same way.
- A straight price before we set off
- You get one fixed price on the phone, including tolls and charges. Nobody leaves until you’ve agreed it, and it doesn’t change when we arrive.
- Honest arrival times
- We tell you when we’ll get to you, based on where our nearest truck actually is. If traffic changes that, we ring you.
- Every vehicle on the flatbed
- Cars and vans travel with their wheels off the road, strapped down at all four corners. It’s the safest way to move automatics, four-wheel drives and electric vehicles.
- Ownership checked
- Before we move a vehicle, we check it’s yours or that you have the owner’s permission. It protects you, and it stops vehicles being taken by people with no right to them.
- Your safety first
- At the roadside, we position the truck to protect you and the vehicle, and we get you away from the traffic before anything else.
